The shot that killed Martin Luther King came from King: A Few reflections about his death & A few facts about his life
Just about everyone has seen the photo of the distraught folks standing on the balcony of the Lorriane Motel in the minutes after King's assassination. The building above is where they're pointing. A portion of the building, including the room where James Earl Ray allegedly stayed is open to folks who pay the price of admission to the National Civil Rights Museum (Memphis, TN).

Thanks for sharing your writing about Dr. King and the picture of the building from which the shots were fired.
I hope you read this post before the show airs, because The Tavis Smiley Show on PBS has been airing from The Civil Rights Museum in Memphis this week. Tonight or in the morning, depending on when the show telecast in your area, Clarence B. Jones, who has authored a book entitled "What Would King Say?" The book addresses various issues of the day and Jones answers questions the way he thinks Dr. King would.
Mr. Jones is one of the people still living who can perhaps provide some insight and make these statements because he is the one who smuggled the "Letter From Birmingham Jail" out of the jail so it could be published. He also helped to write the "I Have A Dream Speech". Thanks for the shout out.
